The Prime Smile Team of Indianapolis

Prime Smile has two locations in Indianapolis, in Irvington and at Eagledale Plaza on the west side. We have five Indiana-licensed dentists to see patients at our offices. And, each office is fully staffed by five hygienists, four front office staffers and five assistants at each office.

Meet Our Staff

Dr. Katie Peterson – “Dr. Katie” is a graduate of DePauw University and the Indiana University School of Dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and an affiliate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. With more than a decade of experience, Dr. Katie became enchanted with pediatric patient population early in her career, and has focused on the care and treatment of young patients ever since. She has worked at the westside office since 2005, as an associate then lead dentist, before acquiring both the two practices. This has allowed her to sharpen her leadership skills and create a staff that shares her vision of “patient first.”

Dr. Samantha is a graduate of Ball State University (1993, BS in Chemistry) and IUSD (1997) She has been practicing for 17 years, during which time Dr. Samantha realized that she loves working with children because of their openness and sense of humor. “I love turning a super frightened patient into one that loves coming to see the dentist.” Dr. Samantha enjoys spending time with her family (husband Jason, son Austin and daughter Kennedy) and reading.

Dr. Armaun Karimzadeh graduated magna cum laude from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry minor. He continued his studies at the IU School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Armaun is passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle through dental practice and education and participates in a variety of dental outreach programs. Quality dental care for his patients is always his first priority. He finds working with pediatric patients particularly enjoyable and gratifying. Aside from dentistry, Dr. Armaun’s interests include running, nature, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Radhika Rawal moved to the United States from India when she was 6 years old. After living in Chicago most of her life, she graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Molecular and Cellular Biology and started at Indiana University School of Dentistry the summer after. Dr. Rawal enjoys treating pediatric patients because she has always loved interacting with children, as she believes they bring an untainted and fresh energy to everyone around. When she's not at work, she's enjoying time with her family, friends, and dabbling in DIY projects. She's working her way up to getting more involved with yoga, cooking, and making time for travel!

Dr. Lauren Brosmer grew up in "small town Indiana" before moving to Indianapolis to begin her education at Butler University. Graduating with a B.S. in Biology, she went on to pursue her doctorate degree at Indiana University School of Dentistry. Throughout her collegiate and post-collegiate years, Dr. Lauren has thoroughly enjoyed the fun-spirited nature of pediatric patients. She especially loves their honesty and eagerness to learn. She is excited to be able to make the dental office a fun atmosphere for all patients and families, and has a strong desire to serve people well through dentistry! Outside of the office, Dr. Lauren can be found spending time with her fiance, Jake, attempting to exercise regularly, and hanging out with family and friends!
